Strip Forming
Strip forming is an alternative method to thermoforming. The strip forming
process heats a dimensioned "blank" of material or in-process part in a
specified area and then bends it to attain the desired shape. New
Technology strip forms many different materials. Strip forming is a cost
affective alternative for short/ low quantity production runs of repeatable
shapes of simplistic design.
Solvent Bonding
For parts that cannot be machined, formed, or welded due to material
constraints and/or cost issues, the solution may be bonding. Solvent
bonding joins components together to form a finished part or assembly.
